AMPD Lifestyle Ltd – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

  • Cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.

  • Items must be unused/unopened and in original packaging.

  • Refund covers goods only, excludes delivery charges paid.

  • Return costs are your responsibility unless items are faulty.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Return within 30 days of purchase (even if opened).

  • Packaging must be returned.

  • Refund covers goods only, excludes delivery fees.

  • Return postage is your responsibility.

  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer.

  • Bulk/multi-pack orders excluded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will replace or refund at no cost.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

4. Lost Parcels / Non-Delivery

  • If your parcel is lost in transit or shows as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Returns Process

  • Email support@ampdlifestyle.com with your order number to request a return.

  • We will send you the return address.

  • Please package securely and use a tracked service.

  • Customers are responsible for items until they reach us.

6. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@ampdlifestyle.com.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Subscription Orders

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime.

  • If not cancelled before renewal, charges are non-refundable unless items are unopened or covered by our guarantee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time.
