Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, one time purchase or a pre-order. This policy explains how these purchases work, how you are billed, and how to cancel or return them.


1. Subscriptions

How It Works

  • When you choose Subscribe & Save, you’ll receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select (e.g., every 4 weeks).

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you pay in advance.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel.

Benefits

  • Discounts on every order (introductory offers may apply, then ongoing discounts as advertised).

  • Hassle-free deliveries straight to your door.

  • Priority stock allocation for subscribers.

  • UK subscriptions include free shipping.

  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to EU subscriptions

Managing Your Subscription

  • Manage your subscription via your AMPD account or the links in your order confirmation emails.

  • Changes (such as frequency, shipping address, or cancellation) must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Cancellation Rights

  • Rolling subscriptions: cancel anytime.

  • AMPD Lifestyle Ltd reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at its discretion (e.g., fraud, misuse, or stock availability issues).


2. Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order allows you to purchase products that are out of stock or not yet released.

  • We may take full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method until dispatch.

  • Any outstanding balance will be charged when your order is ready to ship.

Cancelling Pre-Orders

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund of any payments made.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled - but it may still be eligible for return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • All subscriptions, pre-orders, and one time purchases are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
