UK Shipping

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

• £2.99 flat fee for all UK orders under £40

• Free shipping on all UK subscription orders

EU Shipping

• Royal Mail International Tracked: 5–7 working days (excluding UK, subject to customs)

• Shipping rates vary by market for all EU orders

• Free shipping promotions do not apply to EU subscriptions

• VAT collected at checkout under IOSS

Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day

• Orders placed after 2pm, weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day
