Welcome to AMPD Lifestyle! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AMPD Lifestyle Ltd. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to use the Services.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making purchases.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity under your account.

  • Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, licensed, or sold.

  • We may suspend or close accounts if we suspect unauthorised use, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

  • A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance by email and process your payment.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud).

  • If we make changes or cancel an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

  • Orders are for personal/household use only and not for resale.

3. Products

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately, but colours, packaging and appearance may vary depending on your device.

  • All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by region.

  • We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices include UK VAT (where applicable).

  • Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be that shown at checkout.

  • Taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges may apply, depending on your location.

  • Payment is due at checkout. By providing payment details, you warrant:

    1. the information is true and complete,

    2. you are authorised to use the payment method,

    3. your payment provider will honour the charges.

  • Discount codes may have additional terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once we hand products to the carrier. Title passes on cleared payment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6. Cancellations & Returns

  • Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Goods must be returned in resaleable condition. Refunds may be reduced for handling beyond inspection.

  • Refunds do not include delivery costs.

  • Exclusions apply for unsealed/perishable goods (e.g. supplements).

7. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@ampdlifestyle.com.

  • Refund applies to goods only (delivery fees excluded).

  • Return postage is your responsibility.

  • Applies once per product type, excludes bulk/multi-pack orders.

  • We may refuse refunds in case of misuse.

8. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically and will be charged to your chosen payment method until cancelled.

  • UK subscriptions include free monthly shipping; EU subscriptions incur monthly shipping charges based on location.

  • Cancel rolling subscriptions any time with at least 5 days’ notice before renewal.

  • Fixed-term subscriptions can only be cancelled during the 14-day cooling-off period.

  • We may cancel subscriptions at any time or change shipping fees with 30 days’ notice.

9. Fraud Prevention

We may validate details with third-party databases and report suspected fraud to authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Services (logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, video, audio, design, and layout) is owned by AMPD Lifestyle Ltd or its licensors.

  • You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

  • Shopify’s trademarks, logos, and features remain the property of Shopify.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes,

  • to harass, abuse, defame, or infringe others’ rights,

  • to spread malware, spam, or automated scraping tools,

  • to interfere with site security or functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools or services, which are used “as is” and at your own risk.

  • The Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Please review third-party terms before use.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Our Services are powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with AMPD Lifestyle Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or any damages arising from your use of the Services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases with us.

14. Reviews & Feedback

  • By submitting reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and publish them.

  • You warrant that you own the rights to any content you submit.

  • We may edit or remove unlawful, offensive, or misleading content at our discretion.

  • We are under no obligation to keep feedback confidential or provide compensation.

15. Errors & Inaccuracies

From time to time, our Services may contain errors (e.g. pricing, descriptions, availability). We reserve the right to correct these, change information, or cancel orders without notice, including after an order is placed.

16. Liability

  • We provide the Services and products “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit, revenue, data, or business).

  • We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMPD Lifestyle, Shopify, and our affiliates, directors, employees, and partners against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time. Clauses on intellectual property, feedback, liability, indemnity, severability, and governing law survive termination.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
